PATHWAYS Grant Platform
Scaling an international research grant platform with strict corporate/regulatory compliance and high risk of human error.
The objective was to provide business teams with better insight into how proposals moved through the pipeline, including applicant geography, reviewer participation, and points where applications dropped out of the evaluation process.
We coordinated the design and implementation of a centralized analytics dashboard that aggregated platform data and visualized the full application funnel. Working closely with technical teams and stakeholders, we defined the most relevant metrics and structured the dashboard to make operational insights easily accessible.
The dashboard provided a single view of program performance, enabling stakeholders to monitor application flow, reviewer activity, and global participation in real time. This significantly improved transparency and supported more data-informed discussions around program reach and operational efficiency.
